II. Materials and Craftsmanship
The main body is made of thickened cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and welded, and undergoes pressure leak testing to prevent leaks; The interior features a rust-proof coating, while the exterior uses a two-component baked paint finish or high-temperature UV curing process. The “flowing flame” pattern (streamlined flame design with metallic silver, red, or gold highlight lines) is created using water transfer printing or specialized decal lamination, ensuring strong adhesion, UV resistance, and scratch resistance;
